After 30 hours of trains, planes and automobiles, we arrived at 72 Rue Autour du Chateau, Nezignan L'Eveque. The sun was shining and the house was even more welcoming than the internet photos. Even more welcoming was our bed so we power napped before taking on any more challenges. Recharged, we toured the village on foot picking up a few basic supplies at the alimentaire. Celebrated with dinner out at the Hotel St. Alban which is now under new management and a short walk from the house. We chose the 3 course Menu paired with a local Rose wine. Delicious! We will definitely return to sample other dishes.
Returned home to a very chilly house. Fortunately we had brought wintery pjs. We arranged for a load of firewood to be delivered and off to bed. Next day off to Carrefour to stock up and search for a piano.
